Kate Middleton upsets fans as she takes major decision about public comeback
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, has reportedly left her fans disheartened as she does not plan to resume royal duties in the near future. According to sources speaking to the Daily Beast, the Princess’s schedule for the remainder of the year remains clear, indicating a potential delay in her public engagements until 2025.
The mother of three had stepped back from her royal responsibilities following a diagnosis of an undisclosed form of cancer, choosing to focus on her health and recovery. Despite hopes from royal enthusiasts for her return this summer, it appears they will have to wait longer to see their beloved Princess in public roles.
“Lots of people involved in planning need to know what all the principals are doing a long way in advance,” the Royal insider said. “I am told that Kate’s diary for this year is empty. There is nothing planned. She may not appear in public for the rest of the year,” they added. “What this means in practice is that big decisions, such as the appointment of new staff, can wait,” they added.
“It’s a reflection of Her Royal Highness’s importance to the future of the Monarchy that she has been given as much time as she needs. “As Sovereign, His Majesty is in a very different position from the Princess of Wales. There is no need for her to be seen while she’s recovering.”
An insider previously told the Daily Mail, “No one wants to put any pressure on Catherine. The only thing that matters at the moment is her getting better. She has been through an ordeal this year.” This sentiment echoes throughout the royal family and its supporters, who prioritize the Princess’s health above all else.
The delay in resuming her duties reflects the seriousness of her health challenges and the need for a thorough recovery without the burdens of public obligations. Fans and well-wishers, while understandably upset, continue to show their support and understanding during this difficult period for the Princess.
