Kings Of Leon Stage Comeback with Album Revelation and Tour Announcement
Rock sensation Kings Of Leon, hailing from Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, rocked the music scene on Thursday with a major comeback announcement, unveiling exciting plans for a new album and an accompanying tour.
The band, having recently joined forces with Capitol Records, revealed details about their ninth studio album, titled “Can We Please Have Fun,” scheduled for release on May 10.
In addition to the album revelation, the iconic Sex On Fire hitmakers confirmed an exhilarating North American tour, promising fans an unforgettable return to the live stage.
Formed in 1999, the seasoned rock group consists of siblings Caleb, Nathan, and Jared Followill, along with their cousin Matthew Followill.
To tease the upcoming album, the quartet dropped a brand-new single titled “Mustang” along with a captivating music video on Thursday. Produced by Kid Harpoon, renowned for collaborations with artists such as Harry Styles and Florence The Machine, “Can We Please Have Fun” features 12 tracks, including titles like “Ballerina Radio,” “Rainbow Ball,” “Don’t Stop The Bleeding,” and “Hesitation Generation.”
The highly-anticipated tour by Kings Of Leon is set to grace 26 cities across the US and Canada, kicking off on August 14. Before embarking on their North American tour, the band will headline a concert at BST Hyde Park in London on June 30.
