Kanye West has reportedly shelled out $35 million for a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills following an ultimatum from his wife, Bianca Censori, who insisted on having a permanent home in Los Angeles.

The lavish property, located in the exclusive Beverly Park gated community, boasts 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, sprawling private gardens, a resort-style pool, an entertainment pavilion, and a tennis court, according to Daily Mail.

The purchase comes amid reports that Bianca had grown increasingly frustrated with Kanye’s globe-trotting lifestyle. “The moving around and the constant changing of plans is driving her up the wall,” a source told In Touch. “[She] demanded they get a home base.”

The insider explained that Los Angeles is where Bianca feels most comfortable, surrounded by her friends and support network. “L.A. is where she wants to be. She loves it there and has a huge network of friends. Being halfway around the world was very lonely for her,” the source revealed.

However, settling in one place hasn’t come easy for the couple. The insider claimed that Kanye repeatedly promised to stay in one location, only to change plans.

“Anytime she complained, he’d promise they were leaving and then go back on it,” the source added. “She complained to friends [that] she felt as though she was being held hostage, so that tells you a lot about where her head is at.”

The massive purchase appears to be Kanye’s way of placating Bianca’s frustrations. “Spending this kind of money on a house right now was not in his plan—he’s 100 percent doing it for Bianca,” the source revealed.

Yet, questions remain about whether Kanye will follow through on his promise to settle down. “Of course, it still remains to be seen if he will really deliver on this promise,” the insider cautioned. “If he goes back on it, chances are high she will walk. She has the patience of a saint, but it’s not endless.”

In a surprising twist, Daily Mail previously reported that Kanye does not plan to live in the mansion with Bianca, having allegedly funded the purchase by dipping into his pension and taking risky loans from mortgage lenders.
