Kim Kardashian Says Daughter North West Complains About Her Wardrobe Choices
“North is very opinionated when it comes to what I’m wearing.” Kim Kardashian has stated that her eight-year-old daughter North West is her biggest critic when it comes to her wardrobe choices.
North was always destined for the spotlight as the eldest child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. But, because of her crazy activities on TikTok and her penchant for brutally mocking her mother at every opportunity, she’s become an internet celebrity in her own right in recent months. North isn’t afraid to express what’s on her mind, whether it’s mocking Kim Kardashian’s “ugly” house or calling her out on Instagram.
It’s no surprise, however, that Northie has a lot of opinions about what her mother wears. Kim spoke at Vogue’s Forces of Fashion conference on Tuesday (Mar 22), where she discussed North’s outfit options.
“North is very opinionated when it comes to what I’m wearing. She’ll always complain when I’m wearing too much black,” Kim explained. Over the years, Kim has donned some shocking outfits. She most recently attended Paris Fashion Week dressed entirely with designer duck tape.
However, now that she’s partnered with Balenciaga, Kim’s new look includes a lot of skintight fabrics, bug-like shades, and head-to-toe black — something that North West would never approve of.
She added: “I showed up at her school on Valentine’s Day wearing head-to-toe pink, and she got so excited she ran over and hugged me. She opened my coat, saw the black lining, and says, ‘Mom, you’re still wearing black.'”
As per Page six, Kim most likely ran back to her car to change, as she admitted in a podcast episode from last year that North is the person who most intimidates her. While Kim was unable to pinpoint why North has such an impact on her, she did say: “North West is Kanye West’s daughter. Forget that, she’s his twin.”
Is this the same Kanye West who, when they first started dating, threw away Kim’s entire wardrobe because he despised her style? It all makes sense now…
