Diddy Denies ‘Death Threat’ Allegations in Lawsuit: ‘Mr. Combs Firmly Denies These Serious Allegations’
Sean “Diddy” Combs, the American music mogul currently facing multiple serious charges, has spoken out regarding viral speculations about his alleged behavior, including a disturbing claim that he threatened a fashion designer with death. The accusations have sparked intense controversy and widespread online frenzy.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, the victim in the case, has filed a $10 million lawsuit against Diddy, claiming that the incident occurred in September 2016 after one of the rapper’s notorious parties. According to Bongolan, Diddy allegedly dangled her off the 17th-floor balcony of her apartment, threatening her life.
The shocking nature of the claims has caught significant public attention, particularly given the singer’s ongoing legal troubles. Currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Diddy has aggressively responded to the lawsuit through his legal representation.
His attorney, in a statement to Us Weekly, addressed the accusations, saying, “As we’ve said before, anyone can file a lawsuit, whether or not they have any real evidence.” The lawyer further clarified, “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims. Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations.”
The lawyer also expressed strong confidence in Diddy’s legal defense, stating that the mogul believes in the “truth and fairness” of the legal process, and fully intends to contest the allegations.
According to Bongolan, the incident took place while a friend of hers was staying in a different bedroom. She claims that she was abruptly woken by a violent banging on the door, which she described as Diddy trying to break it down. Bongolan’s complaint includes a dramatic account of the events, which she says left her friend alarmed and confused.
As the case progresses, Diddy’s legal team remains steadfast in denying the accusations, and the outcome of the lawsuit remains to be seen.
