An N.C. woman is accused of fatally stabbing her 10-year-old sibling and discarding her body in the garden
A 22-year-old woman has been taken into custody following accusations of killing her younger sibling in their residence earlier this week.
On the evening of Tuesday, January 16, the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call regarding a missing 10-year-old child at a home located in the 2000 block of Beaverdam Road, just outside Enfield, North Carolina.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies were informed that the victim’s mother had discovered her child’s lifeless body in the backyard. As per the sheriff’s office report, the deceased child had suffered multiple stab wounds.
