“These Complaints Are Full of Lies”: Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs determined to ‘seek sanctions’ amid ‘fictional claims’
Sean “Diddy” Combs, the 55-year-old music mogul, is facing new and alarming allegations of sexual assault, rape, and sex trafficking. Three unidentified individuals have recently come forward with claims that Diddy assaulted them in incidents that are much more recent than the allegations he has faced in the past.
These new accusations involve incidents that reportedly occurred after 2019, as per legal documents obtained by ABC. The lawsuits, filed by New York-based attorney Tony Buzbee, allege that Diddy sodomized the plaintiffs.
According to TMZ, all three individuals claim to have attended a Puff Daddy-hosted party, with two of the plaintiffs stating that they later accompanied Diddy to hotels, while the third accuser alleges the assault occurred at his Hamptons residence.
A shared detail among the lawsuits is that each plaintiff accepted alcoholic drinks from Diddy at the events, which they claim caused them to feel disoriented or pass out. Upon regaining consciousness, they allege that they were sodomized by the music mogul.
In response to the lawsuits, Diddy’s lawyer told TMZ, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
These new legal actions add to a growing list of accusations against the music executive, which also includes historical allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and misconduct. While Diddy has firmly denied all allegations, these recent lawsuits have intensified scrutiny of the mogul’s personal and professional life.
As the cases move forward, Diddy’s legal team is expected to vigorously defend against the claims, which continue to attract significant public and media attention.
